It's gonna take all of us looking out for each other. This train derailment in East Palestine should not be forgotten, nor should the residents. This disaster, that could've been avoided, has impacted so many lives-- and who really knows what the long-term ramifications will be or how widespread. The Brightside Project based in Salem, which is 20 miles from E.P., recently received the largest load of donations ever to help the families affected by the derailment. They handed out water, personal care items, pillows, paper products, air fileters, food, produce and more.
The non-profit pledges to continue to help the people of East Palestine. And we can help, too. We can donate to their Crisis Relief Fund HERE.
