Not a holiday went by when growing up without this dish on the table. All the major holidays were spent at my aunt and uncle's house, and it's provided me with so many warm memories that I reflect on frequently. As a nod to those memories, not a Christmas goes by since I've been hosting the event, that I don't serve this tasty dessert. Maybe you serve this as well, or remember it from days gone by. Enjoy!
Watergate Salad
Ingredients:
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Instructions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Stir in COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 1 hour.
