Ava, from Chippewa Jr/Sr High School, is a 4-year honor student, a 3-year national Honor society officer, a 4-year student council officer and the senior president. Her sports accomplishments comprise of: 2-year varsity letter award/ volleyball, 2-year academic award/ volleyball, and 4-year gold academic scholar/ basketball. Ava volunteers for the local food shelf, lions club, her church, reading to children, youth sports camps and girl scouts. Ava was diagnosed with an incurable form of leukemia 2 years ago, but hasn’t let this define her to reach her goals. She is committed to Westminster College. Congratulations, Ava!
