Do you have a clue? According to a survey this is the number one thing that puts a person in a bad mood in the morning. What is it?   When you spill something on yourself. Congrats to Kevin Wingler of Walnut Creek....he wants a tee shirt...so he gets it.

Sandra Miller's Daily Buzz: Bob Seger new album details, Grandpa Kid Rock, & Bon Scott's love of Rob...
19 Aug 2014 16:19

Bob Seger's new album, "Ride Out," will hit stores October 14th. Hopefully the title isn't a hint of something else... This will be Seger's first new studio album since 2006.   Hold up!! Kid Rock is going to be a grandpa! The 43 year-old rocker says his son, Bobby Ritchie Junior, 21, and his girlfriend are expecting their first child early next year.   Here's a fun little fact. AC/DC's Bon Scott was a huge Robin Williams fan. Scott loved Mork & Mindy, and at the end of the final song on "Highway To Hell", "Night Prowler", Scott drops a little "Shazbot. Nanu Nanu." I had to go back & listen for myself - it's great. That little phrase was supposedly the last think Scott recorded with the band. Check it out for yourself.

Sandra MIller's Daily Buzz: Jimi's final interview & The Chili Peps come clean on their super fake Super Bowl performance

Written by Sandra Miller. Posted in Sandra's Daily Buzz

PBS's digital studios has taken Jimi Hendrix's final interview before his death and set it to animation for their Blank on Blank series. The theme of the series is "famous names, lost interviews." The interview is from September 11, 1970. Check it out...

The pictures and accusations have been floating around all week about how The Red Hot Chili Peppers were totally unplugged and faking that they were playing their instruments. Flea issued a statement saying that the NFL allows live vocals, but is very strict aboutinstruments being pre-recorded. They have very little time to get the halftime show done and will not let poor quality sound interfere with the halftime show. Flea admits the band is very set against faking and miming their music, but agreed this was a once in a lifetime thing to be on the halftime show of the Super Bowl and went ahead with the gig - but purposely did not plug in - which would have avoided the controversy - but "thought better to not pretend."

"When we were asked by the NFL and Bruno to play our song Give It Away at the Super Bowl, it was made clear to us that the vocals would be live, but the bass, drums, and guitar would be pre-recorded. I understand the NFL's stance on this, given they only have a few minutes to set up the stage, there a zillion things that could go wrong and ruin the sound for the folks watching in the stadium and the t.v. viewers. There was not any room for argument on this, the NFL does not want to risk their show being botched by bad sound, period.
