Green Day streaming album early

Green Day is getting ready to release their first of three new albums next week, but they're giving fans a preview first. The band will streaming Uno! in its entirety on their facebook page all day long tomorrow (Tuesday) beginning at 10am ET. Uno! comes out next Tuesday, September 25th.

Judas PRiest singer Rob Halford say the band's lawyers are looking into filing a suit against the Gap for a t-shirt they are selling that bears a striking resemblance to the album cover of Screaming for Vengeance. Halford say, "It's very naughty of them. They shouldn't have done that... because that's intellectual property rights." On the other hand, Halford also thinks the shirt is "brilliant. To think that something 30 years later is still striking enough to be a fashion moment."  So, in short, he loves the shirt and loves that people want to wear it, but feels the company should have at least asked them about it first. ok. Fair enough.
